Booking with us is a breeze! For the digitally savvy, you can whip out your device and book online using our handy link. If, however, you're delightfully old-school and prefer a more personal touch (no judgment, I sometimes feel like I'm from the 1900s myself!), simply give us a call or send a message, and we'll happily get you booked in from our end. Easy peasy!

Well, that largely depends on which delightful service you've chosen from our menu! However, across the board, you can absolutely expect to be treated with the utmost respect and refreshing honesty. You can also anticipate your session providing some welcome answers and a clearer sense of direction. Think of it as a heart-to-heart with a wise (and slightly witty) friend, complete with a generous serving of fun and laughter.

Our primary groove is in-person appointments – there's something special about that face-to-face energy! However, we understand that life occasionally throws a curveball. So, if needs must and circumstances conspire, we can certainly arrange Tarot readings over the phone, via video call, or even through the magic of email.

The duration depends on the particular service you've booked. As a general rule, please allow an extra 5 to 10 minutes on top of your booked time. We're not fans of abruptly cutting you off mid-epiphany just because the clock strikes the hour!

Let's talk logistics! All appointments are to be prepaid, unless we've had a chinwag and agreed on alternative arrangements beforehand. For all you wonderful first-timers, prepayment is a must – no ifs, ands, or buts, unfortunately. Should an appointment be missed, alas, no refunds or credits can be issued. We get sad when we have an empty chair! Planning a party? Fantastic! To give you a firm price, we'll need the date, time, venue, approximate numbers, and whether it's an adults-only shindig or if under 18s will be joining the fun. Please also be aware that Sundays, public holidays, and evening soirees attract a surcharge, much like glitter at a craft fair. If we need to lug our own table and chairs, that's also a tiny factor in the grand equation. If Little Bird Intuitive Healing needs to reschedule (it happens to the best of us!), we'll give you as much notice as humanly possible and, of course, issue a credit. Should there be any payment disputes with the bank, refunds will only occur if the bank rules in your favour, and they'll be the ones handling the refund. Lastly, any behaviour that's less than lovely (abusive or inappropriate) will, regrettably, result in forfeiture of payment and a polite ban from future bookings. Let's keep the vibes positive!

Absolutely! Reiki is considered a wonderfully safe and non-invasive energy healing modality – think of it as a gentle energetic hug. No spooky side effects have ever been linked to this lovely practice. You can indulge weekly, bi-weekly, whatever tickles your aura! As for Tarot and coffee readings, rest assured, you won't be accidentally summoning any mischievous demons, taking an unscheduled trip to the underworld, or getting cursed. The only potential "danger" is if you start relying on them to make every single choice for you, like a spiritual satnav for deciding what socks to wear. These are guides for clarity, not life-decision crutches. If we feel you might be overdoing the readings, we'll gently say something. If the enthusiasm continues unabated, we'll kindly suggest a little break before booking your next appointment. Tarot, for example, is usually best consulted every 3 months or so, unless a particularly pressing issue pops up demanding immediate cosmic consultation.

Just bring your magnificent, special, unique self – that’s the most important ingredient! You're also more than welcome to record your session or bring a friend along for support or shared wonder. However, for the comfort and serenity of all our clients, we kindly request that little ones sit this one out.

Comfort is king (or queen!) for a Reiki session. Think comfy, cosy clothes. Since you'll be reclining in blissful relaxation, if you have long hair, perhaps style it in a way that won't become a follicular distraction while you're communing with the universal life force.

For peering into the caffeinated crystal ball, I personally brew a robust Turkish black coffee. Because life's too short for bland coffee (and bland divination), and because it can be a tad on the assertive side, I also add a whisper of chocolate – because everything's better with chocolate, even fortunetelling. It might be a little gritty, but hey, we need those mystical grounds to spill the beans!
